Ensembles & Lessons: Gospel Choir

The Gospel Choir is three-part ensemble that sings contemporary and traditional Gospel music, including music from artists such as Hezekiah Walker, Richard Smallwood, William Murphy, Norman Hutchins, and many others. The Gospel Choir performs eight to ten times each semester. Performances include Founder’s Day, Campus services (in conjunction with Spiritual Life), Arts in the Parlor, held each spring at the Schwartz Center for the Arts in Downtown Dover, the annual Spring Concert, Scholar’s Day, Graduation, and local churches and community events. Gospel choir is open to anyone who has an interest in singing Gospel music.
