Ensembles & Lessons: College Choir

This SATB (four part) ensemble sings all styles of choral music from Palestrina to Eric Whitacre. The College Choir performs for a wide variety of events both on and off campus. Performances include the annual Service of Lessons and Carols held in December, Arts in the Parlor, held each spring at the Schwartz Center for the Arts in Downtown Dover, the annual Spring Concert, Scholar’s Day, Founder’s Day, and Graduation. In recent years the College Choir has been featured on the television show Delmarva Life and Gian Carlo Menotti’s opera, Amahl and the Night Visitors. In March, 2014, the College Choir will embark on a five-day tour of Quebec City and Montreal.
